SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE VISAS (SIJS)

There is a special process for children who came across the border, who have been victims of abandonment, neglect, or abuse by one or both parents. It involves a State court process and a process with USCIS that ultimately can result in lawful permanent residency for the minor. We have successfully represented minors and 1-parent SIJS applicants in obtaining their residency. We also offer representation through the immigration court process. The SIJS process can be difficult to navigate on your own. If you are in need of representation for a SIJS matter, we invite you to contact us and schedule an appointment.
